Q. What happens when my item is on backorder?
A. When your order contains a part on backorder you will not be charged for the backordered part until it ships. Items placed on backorder will ship automatically once they arrive in stock. It is the customers responsibility to cancel a backorder if they no longer need the item.
Q. Can I hold my order to ship together?
A. If you would prefer to hold your order and ship all items together you must add a note in the 'comment' section of your order requesting 'ship all items together'.
Q. How can I cancel a backorder?
A. You can contact us by email at sales@steinertractorparts.com or call our office at 1-800-234-3280 to complete your cancellation. We will need your name, address and the part that you would like to cancel.
